  3. Trying to verify the town/city of my birth. Contacted Registri di nascita del Comune di Treviso, but no luck.
I was born on Luglio 14,1946. My parents are Bartolo Scimè (14/04/1912) & Lena (Bernardi) Scimè (29/01/1916).
I emigrated to Canada in 1951 with my mother and sister.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  4. Hi. I am from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia Canada. My mom is a Bresson whose ancestors are from Vedelago. I believe they go by Bressan as I am told that when they migrated to Canada there was a name change in error. I believe we have relatives in this part of Italy. I believe a distant relative is Maria Rosa Bressan and she worked at a Pharmacy in the Vadelago region. Not sure if there are any more relatives in this area but would love to know our family history.
